1Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
Sleebiz Co., Ltd. (the "Company") collects and uses personal information as set out below in order to provide the "Sellerbiz" e-commerce M&A brokerage platform.
1. Items collected
- Company name, business registration number, representative's name, contact details, email
- Store URL, platform revenue data, financial information (revenue, net profit, etc.)
- For prospective buyers: name / business name, contact details, budget range
- When using AI chat consultation: conversation content (messages entered and consultation responses), recommendations and options presented during the consultation, and the user's selections (details: Article 4)
2. Purpose of collection
- Listing registration and buyer matching
- Valuation calculation and provision of listing information
- Operation of transaction support services (consultation, contract progress, etc.)
- Provision of AI chat consultation services, improvement of consultation quality, and training and development of AI models (details: Article 4)
3. Retention period
- Destroyed immediately when the listing is delisted
- However, records required by law to be retained are destroyed after the retention period prescribed by that law
4. Automatically collected items and analytics tools
- In the course of using the Service, device information (device identifier, OS and browser type), app and web usage records (pages visited, clicks and other interactions), and abnormal termination (error) logs may be collected automatically.
- The Company uses analytics tools to improve the Service and diagnose errors, and entrusts this work to external specialists. (Processors: Google LLC — Google Analytics usage statistics / PostHog, Inc. — product usage and behaviour analytics / Functional Software, Inc. — Sentry error and crash tracking)
- The Company does not carry out third-party tracking for advertising purposes (cross-app or cross-site tracking).
2Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. It is provided on a limited basis only in the following cases.
1. Provision of information to Buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Recipients: prospective buyers who have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the Company
- Scope: information needed to review the listing, such as financial statements, revenue data, profitability information and business registration details
- Purpose: used solely for the purpose of reviewing the acquisition of the listing
- Key NDA obligations: no disclosure or leakage of confidential information to third parties, secure storage and management, and return or destruction on completion of the transaction
- Confidentiality period under the NDA: three years from the date the information is received
2. Provision required by law
- Where provision is unavoidable under applicable law or an order of a supervisory authority, investigative agency or court
3Consent to MyData and Financial Information Processing
If the Company integrates a MyData service, financial information is processed as follows.
- Collection channel: connected institutions such as Hana Bank (MyData API) and the National Tax Service (Hometax)
- Items collected: account deposit and withdrawal records, card sales proceeds, and purchase / sales electronic tax invoice records
- Purpose: calculating an appropriate asking price through the valuation engine and providing financial information
- Processing method: the analysis cache is destroyed immediately after AI-based analysis, and the original data is destroyed when the listing is delisted
4Collection and Use of AI Chat Consultation Conversations
In the course of providing the AI chat consultation service, the Company collects and uses conversation data as follows.
1. Items collected
- Conversation content entered by the user in chat and the responses of the AI consultant
- Recommended listings and options presented during the consultation, and the user's selections and actions
2. Purpose of use
- Providing consultation history and improving consultation quality
- Improving the accuracy of listing recommendations
- Training and development of AI models (listing recommendation and consultation automation)
3. Protective measures and retention period
- Only information in which identifying details such as name, contact details and business name have been masked (pseudonymised) is used for AI model training
- Original conversations are kept in a separate access-controlled store and destroyed when the member withdraws. However, pseudonymised information may continue to be used for AI model training and statistical purposes
- Please take care not to enter sensitive information such as account numbers or resident registration numbers into chat conversations
5Disclaimer on Brokerage of Operating Rights
As a brokerage platform that connects and supports transactions between Sellers and Buyers, the Company bears no direct legal responsibility for the following.
- Disputes arising in the course of transferring ownership of intangible assets such as social media accounts, administrator rights to a proprietary store, and intellectual property rights
- The accuracy and authenticity of information provided by the Seller
- Damages caused by non-performance of the contract between the transacting parties
However, the Company provides information verification and transaction support procedures within a reasonable scope for the safety of the transaction.
6Personal Information Protection Officer
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer to oversee matters relating to the processing of personal information.
