Public listing
Private sale
Why private
Worried your staff hear it first, your suppliers get nervous, your competitors catch on? Sometimes what holds a sale back isn’t the price. A private sale removes that worry before anything starts.
Never published anywhere in Sellerbiz listings or search results.
You decide who to approach first — and who to leave out.
Details open only to buyers who verified their identity and signed an NDA.
Just like a public sale, a manager guides the contract, payment and account handover.
We don’t ask for revenue documents up front. Leave your name, contact number and category, and a manager will listen to your situation and guide the next step.
Just your name, contact number and category. Revenue documents come later.
We review revenue and profit structure to define a value range and sale terms together.
We agree which buyers see what, and approach only within that scope.
After the NDA we open detailed materials, and stay with you through contract and account handover.
You can stop at any time before signing a contract with a buyer. Once you tell us to stop, we approach no new buyers from that point. After a contract is signed, its terms apply.
Before you start
Yes. A private sale is never published in Sellerbiz listings or search results. Our manager approaches buyers directly, only within the scope agreed with you.
You decide who we contact and in what order. Tell us in advance which companies or industry contacts to exclude, and we proceed without them.
Only a summary with your store name and URL hidden. Detailed materials open only after identity verification, an NDA, and your consent.
It’s a trade-off between exposure and speed. Going wide gathers buyer candidates faster; going private takes longer but keeps the circle of people who know small. We can’t eliminate the possibility that an approached buyer breaks the NDA. After you apply, a manager will talk it through with you.
No. You can simply test the waters and stop. Consultation and valuation are free; the agreed fee applies only when a deal actually closes. All we need for an enquiry is your name, contact number and category.
Yes. After a private round, you can convert to an anonymised listing page and continue with the public listing process whenever you’re ready.
