Can I list before deciding on an asking price?
Yes. Submit your basic info first; after reviewing your revenue and profit structure, a manager will suggest a value range and set the asking price with you.
What revenue documents do I need?
You can use sales-channel settlement reports, VAT filings, revenue summaries and similar documents. Choose whichever is easier: connecting your channel or uploading files.
Is my listing published right away?
No. Only after revenue verification, valuation and agreeing on the asking price do we publish an anonymous listing with your store name and URL hidden.
When is my company information shown to buyers?
Only after an identity-verified buyer signs an NDA, and only within the scope you have agreed to share.
Does listing or consulting cost anything?
Listing and the initial consultation are free. A pre-agreed fee applies only when a deal actually closes; your manager will explain the terms after intake.
