스토어 개설은 배우면 되지만, 무엇이 팔릴지 확인할 시간은 본업을 하면서 만들기 어려웠습니다.

Frequently asked questions
What does the online store acquisition process look like?
You leave your criteria and receive matching listing recommendations; for listings you are interested in, you review revenue records after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and then move on to the contract and escrow payment. Your account manager guides you step by step from enquiry through consultation, due diligence, contract and handover of operations.
How much does it cost to acquire an online store?
Consultation on your criteria and listing matching are free. The acquisition funds depend on the listing's asking price, and the agreed brokerage fee arises only when an acquisition actually closes. Your account manager explains the fee basis in advance during the review stage.
How is a listing's revenue verified?
Only listings whose revenue and settlement records Sellerbiz has verified are published. After identity verification and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), buyers can view the business name and revenue details, and can inspect the original records directly during due diligence.
Does my enquiry go straight to the seller?
No. Enquiries are first reviewed by the Sellerbiz team, and we connect you with the seller only when the review finds it appropriate. Submitting an enquiry alone never results in contact with the seller.
How long does an online store acquisition usually take?
Matching and connection to a consultation usually happen within a few days of the enquiry. The subsequent due diligence and contract schedule depends on the state of the listing and the pace of negotiation, and your account manager sets out the schedule for each listing separately.
